Azeem started in healthcare as one of the youngest directors and franchisees in one of the UK's leading domiciliary care franchises, where he rebuilt the entire care operation around new technology. After exiting the franchise during the pandemic, he studied a Master's in Software Engineering and joined a SaaS company, leading bespoke data-heavy software projects. Projects included work for American investment banks, a Singaporean shipping magnate, football teams, charities and government organisations. He went on to found an AI startup for the domiciliary care sector he knew first-hand, was headhunted as Chief AI Officer for another startup, and was then headhunted once more to co-found IntelliDent, backed by Hilltop Equity.
